Worst site for gifts

Vry useless.. I called about 15 times in 5 days but they used to say your product will surely deliver within 2 days.. It’s already 10 days today.. But no guarantee if my product is even sent out for delivery or not.. Or I have been fooled.. God knows why I used this.
