Worst site and service

One of the worst customer care… Today i transferred 500 bucks on wrong no on paytm… Answer from cx care was person has already used the amount and please contact person to give the money back hahahaha awesome answer was given ever… 2nd thing cx care agent is suggesting to file FIR for 500 bucks if d person dosnt want to return the amount back… I guess when thet cant help out their cx then i dont think they should even have cx care. WORST then any other cx care
