Worst services

I have ordered a shoe form flipcart they gave a date of delivery is 6th but the product os not delivered and i got a msg that it ll reach on 11th but still doesnot get it and again i got a msg that i ll get it on 16 th still i didnot get the product amd later flip cart service member calls and says that we could not proceed your order so cancel it and re order it i said that the price is doubled now on that product then the service lady said they cannot do anything think for a second any one who faced this situation ll they order any product in this site …it is worst online shopping site … never purchase any product on this site
