monsoon has not started yet and i am getting no signal error due to bad weather I am facing this issue from the very first year of installation now I am fed up with this almost 5 years has been past I am airtel DTH user but now it's time to switch to tata play from airtel dth
customer care is nit helpful and it takes approximately 25 to 30 mins to connect after waiting so much call suddenly drops and received the msg we will contact you shortly and result is issue unsolved

Change dth to sun direct.
It's cheap and having important channels only.
