I received an SMS yesterday(6th Feb 2013) that my lens would be delivered today by Pankaj Chauhan) phone no 8527284621.
I called up several times on this no yesterday and this guy did not pick up.
Finally he picked up at 6pm and told me that he would not be able to deliver the lens as “His boss allocated him some other work”
This is utterly non professional ethic.
When asked as when would he be able to deliver – he said next day around 2pm. Please do understand that i’m a working professional and no one would be there at home.

Finally the guy picked up and he told me that he had got the order cancelled.
Is this how the lenskart process works?
Can you cancel the order by a person who could not deliver on time or may be does not have intentions of delivering the product because he has some other agenda or work?
I have serious doubts on the capabilities of the organisation.

NEED CLARIFICATION ON THIS TRANSACTION!
