I totally agree with this comment.
Seller is Flipkart's own/affiliated so 4.9 rating is expected (Seller must've sold thousands/lakhs of products till date). It is the e-commerce portal that needs to be blamed for issues (wrong product, return/replacement, delivery issues) mentioned in this thread, not the seller

Offer start date 1 febuary I ordered 2 febuary.
Order delivered 4 febuary and return policy end 11 febuary but caseback coupon not received.

25 febuary received the call again at 7:28 pm (the number is +914461762300 total call duration 10m 19s ) he says to plz wait 15 March you get the coupon but redeem period 25 febuary to 15 March after then expire coupon because I seen terms and conditions.
I'm waiting but not received coupon .
Not any response.
Costomer excutive call me unlimited many times.

Very true Grahgoods not trust worthy. Even I will sugust Flipkart should be avoided. I had very bad experience while purchasing Moto phone. They both breached trust. I will let u know details shortly. .Even if you find items cheaper on flipkart do not get tempted.

when moto edge neo 40sales starts
Recently Motorola edge 40 Neo has been launched on Flipkart on 28th September and I had placed my order on 29 September through my credit card but still I'm not getting my shipment yet.Since order placed on 29th September my shipment is yet to shipped on 11st October and delivered in 13 October .
All these years I have used Flipkart this will be my first worst experience with Flipkart 15 days of wait is seriously disappointed.
