Worst product, fraud and worst delivery service

The worst experience with Snapdeal ever. This would probably be my last purchase from Sanpdeal. Snapdeal is making fool of customers. First of all I couldn’t believe that MAC lipsticks are coming for 300 to 400 bucks. Out of curiosity and excitement I acted foolish and ordered a MAC Russian Red lipstick. The product was delivered to me after almost 15 days of booking. And to my astonishment the product is a duplicate one. I have heard from many people and have read many reviews that Snapdeal gives the worst experience ever in terms of product, service and delivery. I was told many times that I should cancel my order as the product would be undoubtedly duplicate as MAC lipsticks or any other expensive brands in that case wouldn’t bear such a big loss by giving such big discounts. And somewhere I also knew the truth and I was knowing I am doing the biggest blunder of my life by believing Snapdeal. But somewhere I had little trust that this time Snapdeal will prove everyone wrong but unfortunately everyone was right and I was fooled. I am a regular user of MAC lipsticks and can easily make out between an original and a duplicate by it’s casing, the box, the bullet and it’s fragrance. Snapdeal delivered some cheap quality product in the name of MAC.

Snapdeal is the worst in terms of product, service and delivery. I would suggest everyone not to trust Snapdeal. It is not only delivering cheap and duplicate products but also spoiling the name of bigger brands in that case. If you guys are looking for branded cosmetics in a reasonable price then please try Nykaa & Myntra. They deliver 110% original products and also they are very quick and prompt in delivery. I have received product within 24 hours aswell.

Snapdeal a sincere & genuine request, please stop fooling people and stop spoiling big brands names.
