Worst Possible service after delivery

Received a defective carvaan product. Within an hour I raised rrefund request, and I was surprised to know they dont care about their customer
Once the product is delevered, even if it is defective.You have to contact service center and curse yourself why
you have chosen Tata cliq at first place. All customer service people will say that they apologize for the inconvenience
but not solution. I strongly recommend not to purchase Tata cliq product and get yourself screwed
