Worst Place to buy any product

Jobong :worst app, worst service, worst customer care support, I have placed an order on 31st may that was suppose to delivered by 8th of jun, from that day i was continuously calling to cc, till 19th of jun every time they were saying, by tomorrow you will get the order, then on 19th they told me order has been lost… i asked to send me another they replied the price has increased by some amount so they cann’t send me another piece. after almost a month they are saying you will get your refund in next 7 days.. This is the worst place to buy any product.
