Worst online store ever

1. Got an online welcome offer of 10 % off on first order of Rs. 1500/- or above, but during checkout the system was not accepting the coupon code. Upon contacting customer care, came to know that only on selected brands the coupon code was valid, I was so shattered.

2. I changed the items in my bag and upon checkout the system was not accepting the Gift voucher. Upon contacting customer care came to know that gift voucher can only be used at physical stores. And then we talk about making digital India

3. During checkout the total amount was Rs.3323/- or something, I got a message on the screen stating that purchase for Rs. 3499/- and get Rs. 500/-. I did so but then no discount was shown and no Rs. 500/- was waived off…

4. Overpriced items, no or very less description of products

5. Customer support executives too has vague idea about what’s going on…

I would advise Shoppers Stop to leave it to the experts
