Worst online shopping experience so far.

I ordered a 55 inch LED TV that was supposed to be delivered on Oct6th [date confirmed by flipkart]. Then they don’t showup on the 6th and update the delivery date to Oct8th.
They endup being a no-show on October 8th as well. Upon calling customer support I am promised that I would be hearing from the team that handles these on Oct 9th evening.
Again they endup not calling us back, so upon calling them, I am promised that this case has been escalated and I would hear back by October 14th.
How do you trust a company like this?
