Worst online shopping experience ever. I wish I could rate ZERO but 1 is the minimum rating I can give.

I placed an order for the very first time from tata cliq of a flip-flop. Firstly, I received a wrong product. Secondly, it has been over a month and I still haven’t received my refund. Contacted customer service via both email and telephonically but no response from mail. While having a conversation with them on call they were not ready to believe that I haven’t received the refund. Extremely poor service. Highly dissatisfied.
