Worst online selling company.

I have ordered a Canon camera worth 34990/-for my brother and I have paid through my credit card. When I have unbox the product I got a Chinese earphones worth 30 to 50 rupees. when I had a word with Coustmor service department they just give me a lite response. What the hell they guys are doing in India. Is flipkart think we Indians are fool. I just need my money back as soon as possible. Flipkart if you really cares about your Coustmors then take this note positively and take a action as soon as possible 🙏

They have stopped caring about customers. Let’s boycott their service. When something wrongs happens with a seller then every other seller goes on strike after making union then why not not customer! My case is related to plus coins.

Flipkart is very bad. They write something they don’t know themselves and they don’t agree to. I have had the bad experience of using Flipkart most of the time. But I started using their service again due to plus coins. There is a condition in Flipkart plus coins that coins of two account of same owner can be merged. When I politely asked them to do so, they completely denied saying there is no such provision. However you can check the t&c of plus coins that they can be merged. I have argued them a lot and then they started sending irrevelant replies which were completely off topic. I purposely made many orders from Flipkart due to plus coins only. Now I am feeling very bad that why I trusted them again.
