Worst online platform is Snapdeal

Snapdeal not fit for single star.
I have ordered a watch which is black .I have received after two weeks but instead of black they have sent me blue watch and I requested for return iuse to get get message that so and so person will come to pick the parcel including the courier boy mobile number.he dint called me when called him he say that is not my area. Then it cancelled automatically.i got massage that your return request got cancelled due to incorrect address.

This same happened in 5 times I sent many mails instant I receive automatic mail reply that within 72hours but no one came to pick the parcel yet .just I get message that the courier guy Xyz will pick and his number. But he will not call and that number will not be icked.
Do not buy any thing from Snapdeal it’s fake product and no service.
