Worst extended warranty service

Worst product and worst extended warranty service of croma. Dont buy croma brand products in your life. i have purchase croma brand hand blender, the plastic attachment body was get cracked due to vibration of the motor, the store says that this will not cover in warranty it is physical damage. I told them this is not due to any accident or any thrust it is due to motor vibration, this is manufacturing fault, but croma representative says that we can not do replacement event he does not sent to higher technician.

Also I buy earbuds of croma brand i have replaced it 3 times and at last they gave me other brand ear buds.

so dont buy croma brand products.
