WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ABHIBUS
It was on 23 dec 2024 severe cold in haridwat i was waiting for my bus booked via Abhibus to Noida
bus came but it left without picking
Driver denied entry
Later on it was because of the wrong ticket information given to me i was denied entry to the bus
Customer care put me on hold for one hour
I have the recordings
Pathetic & horrible experience

Seat? Bus Number? Date?
