I ordered a mouse from the website on 6th October. It was expected to arrive within a week. However, the product never arrived. Not sure if they are even legit company or a fraud website. Their customer care is unreachable, nobody answers the phone numbers mentioned on the site. No replies to mails.
Their website says its an Intex company. However, Intex customer care is clueless about the existence of any such website within the Intex group.

If you have made online payment you can ask payment gateway to hold the amount if the product has not been delivered to you.

You can write an email to payment gateway – redressal team. They normally take the matter with the vendor on priority basis. In case vendor fails to provide satisfactory response they withhold future payment and from which they would refund the payment.
