Worst experience ever! never book this!

I booked a trip from Chennai to coimbatore which was suppose to start at 6:10a.m but it was 2.5hrs late on top of that driver and staff were uncooperative and rude. And there was no information given about the delay in the pick up by bus driver/or abhi bus services. After boarding the bus was running very slowly and there was a significant delay in the arrival time. Also on reporting to customer care service the driver misbehaved with me and started yelling. Travel agency didn't picked up my call and site(abhi bus) from where I booked my ticket - when I approached them they tried helping me by talking to the driver and travel agency but it ended up in a scene created by driver and conductor in the bus and they misbehaved as well. Also there was no charging point in the bus. Authorities facilities driver conductor were pathetic. The only reason I booked this bus because I wanted to reach by 3 for a medical emergency. But thanks to this pathetic site/travel agency/bus driver i reached coimbatore by 8!!

WILL ADVISE NEVER TO TRAVEL IN THIS BUS SERVICE!!
