Worst experience ever

I ordered a dress from Myntra which was prepaid and on the day it was supposed to be delivered ,in the app its showing its already delivered and actually the product was not delivered to me. I dont even get a single call or otp to get the product..I registered a complaint and they told it will be resolved ind three days . On the second day in the app its showing problem resolved.How irritating this is..How the problem resolved without my knowledge….i lost my money and they are not even bothered….such a fraud…no more purchases from these app
