Worst ever experience

Very bad experience for me. They took my money 45000(approx) for purchase of laptop and booked it. After repeated calling with customer care they told it will dispatch on given time (after 7days). They were not dispatched the same time. I called again to customer and they told me some expert group will call me after 24 hrs. Many times I called after but customer care told same. I just fraustated and told many times to cancel my order. Finally they cancelled my order. (For the same product I lost 10000 amazon offer ). I request you all don't cheated with this Croma store.
