Worst eCommerce Company in the whole universe.......

Don’t ever rely on this company and their courier company partner EKart. They sucks.Their Slogan is “Rapid, Reliable and On-Time Delivery”.But the fact is that they are even slower than a snail.Its been 5 days since my courier with tracking number FMPP3750875655 started from Hyderabad to Bangalore, but till now not received.This is their service for Tier 1 Cities.God Knows if they will ever deliver the courier in Tier 2 or Tier 3 Cities.And the worst is their Customer Service Center.You will keep on calling but will never reach them and at last they will say Press 2 for Call Back and you will never get it.Hopeless and Pathetic service.Don’t know how they got their license and it should be cancelled.
