Worst E commerce portal and the exchange policy, Please do not purchase any products. Best portal to waste money.

I have ordered a shoe for my brother. I requested for 1 size bigger and asked the customer care to support. Finally i did not get any service from them, though i have an invoice which is raised from myntra and the product tag also. In the first call they told me to send the product pictures. when i did not find any further details again i connected with the customer care (Myntra). It is totally waste of money and no better service, if you are not satisfied with the product.
Exchange policy is worst. They will not even bother about the customer services.

Please do not buy any products, it is not worth full for the better customer service.
