Worst customer service and product delivery ever

I want to share my worst experience with lencekart, they trap you to take couple of products at once from them and take full amount from you and after that they would forget that you’re their customer and treat with disrespect and as you paid money you need to beg/fight with them for your product, however they would provide you with whatever stock they have in store and make you just walk out of the store. Celebrities shouldn’t promote these cheaters, as they too have some social responsibilities. I would request each one of you to file a case in consumer court again these cheaters, instead giving only a bad rating and review , I’m going to file it in the consumer court too, so that these issues reach the government
