Worst Customer Service and Flipkart turning into Flopkart

After their big billion day, i guess they have banned a billion accounts without even informing users that their account is banned or any sort of information. Nor even their customer support team have any knowledge about it and whenever you talk to them regarding why your order has been cancelled they give reasons from their own assumptions. They never provide any sort of resolution, what they do is just create a ticket for the same and you will not even get any call or response back from them; they will just resolve the issue automatically without doing anything over it.
I had faced this same issue more than 5 times with them. Trust me, you are only going to waste your time if you think they will resolve any of your issue.
I myself had great expectations from flipkart, but they not only ruined them, they have started irritating their customers with the level of service they are providing. I will not recommend this site at all to anyone now.
