Worst and Pathetic

Their customer services is getting degraded each day. before placing an order there is a system of them calling you and letting you know for order payment and blah blah. once your money is deducted and in case there is a delay to your order..man you have to slogg your butt to get a refund or status of your order.its useless to raise a query because all of them give you a generic response but no action been taken actually by anyone to sort the issue. Poor CS, shameful attitude towards resolving the matter.
