Worst after sales service - Fake promises to customer

This branch of Croma Hinjewadi, Pune stop picking the call of customer when there is no answer with them for any support related issue. Purchased Samsung Washing Machine worth Rs. 44000/- got warranty of 4 years but within first week itself they are unable even to change the water inlet pipe through technician though I was okay to pay for charges. They don't have any control on service provider of the product being purchased from their store. This is Unprofessional and not expected from the brand like Croma. Poor after sales service.
