I am planning to buy firestick 4k max from usa which is not yet released in india , will it work properly in india, will i get updates and will all apps be available

It works all fine in India . Only the remote buttons are mapped to US services . You can connect India firestick remote as well to your US device.
I heard there are some issues with Onn sticks and with Black Friday and Cyber Monday there will not be any issue with pricing as it gets to its cheapest rates during sales with very less differential between Onn Stick and FireStick

Because the remote/Alexa needs to understand local accents.
The stick itself will work fine, get updated too.
