Why nobody is willing or trading radisson points here?

Is there any issue with the points (not getting better value from amex?) or is the process not easy for transferring?
I have not received a single dm who can help me with points as with points the stay becomes a lot cheaper

I think, radisson points can be redeemed mostly from AMEX only.... Even if anybody is selling AMEX points, i am ready to buy it
