Wahi share ki lottery lagti hai jise koi hold mahi karta.. anyone had this share?. Small cap me hoga to small cap boost hona chahiye?

It is an investment company, who holds stake in various listed companies e.g. Asian Paint. It is not traded for long time as a result its share value remained at very low level. But its real value kept on growing.
For long no one was ready to sell its share as its real value is high. So bring balance back SEBI decided to let the auction decide its true market value.
