Why do all my posts/comments need mod verification?

Whenever I post something, it needs mod approval to be posted, which takes a lot of time. Is there any way to get permanently verified?

New Profiles are moderated by default when the administration team will be satisfied by your profile and activity then the moderation will be lifted off
