your words and wishes don’t reciprocate.
Someone telling aap to be selling votes (10K ) …. rumours maybe but it seems true considering the rich list of AAP MLA’S!
In the 2015 Assembly poll, 143 candidates from the AAP, BJP and the Congress had assets worth Rs 1 crore or more. This time, the number of such candidates has swelled to 164, which is a nearly 11 per cent increase. Also, 13 candidates have declared assets worth over Rs 50 crore — the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has six, Congress has four and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) three.
AAP’s Dharampal Lakra has assets worth Rs 292.1 crore, which makes him one of the richest candidates in the electoral fray. Four of the richest candidates have been fielded by the AAP.
Three candidates have declared assets close to Rs 80 crore.
Lakra is followed by Parmila Tokas, contesting for the RK Puram seat, who has declared assets worth Rs 80.8 crore in her own and her family’s name. Ram Singh Netaji, AAP’s Badarpur candidate, has matched Tokas in personal assets. Netaji, a two-time MLA, formerly with the Congress has declared total assets of Rs 80 crore. The AAP’s Raaj Kumar Anand, contesting from Patel Nagar, has declared assets worth Rs 76 crore.
Tokas will contest against the Congress’ Priyanka Singh, who is in the fifth position in the rich candidates’ list. Singh has declared assets of Rs 70.3 crore.
The BJP’s candidates are at the sixth, seventh and eighth in this list. Brahm Singh Tanwar from Chhatarpur declared assets worth Rs 66.3 crore, Anil Goyal from Krishna Nagar has declared Rs 64.1 crore and Sat Prakash Rana from Bijwasan has assets worth Rs 57.4 crore.
Close on their heels are the AAP’s candidates at ninth and tenth position.
Dhanwanti Chandela from Rajouri Garden has assets of Rs 56.9 crore, followed by Naresh Balyan from Uttam Nagar with Rs 56.3 crore.
Interestingly, AAP’s Chandela has also declared her wealth in jewellery — 5.9 kg gold worth Rs 2.3 crore and 2 kg silver worth about Rs 2 lakh.
At the other end of the wealth spectrum, five candidates have declared assets of Rs 1 lakh or less.
Former Delhi University Students’ Union president in 2017 from the Congress party, Rocky Tuseed has declared assets worth Rs 55,574. He is also the youngest candidate to contest the polls. Tuseed does not own any vehicle, jewellery, land or property.
Don’t just see the rich candidates list, see the % increase in their declared wealth.e.g.an industrial candidate with 1000cr wealth is far better than a candidate who showed 1000% increase in their wealth between 2 elections from 1 lakh to 10 lakh.

Shakil Aamir Mohammed: Contesting from Bodhan on a TRS ticket, his wealth has gone up by 1311% – from Rs 1,34,08,582 to Rs 18,91,55,539.
Guvvala Balaraju: Contesting from Achampet (SC) on a TRS ticket, his wealth went up by 1336% – from Rs 48,51,000 to Rs 6,96,74,000.
Dasyam Vinay Bhasker: Contesting from Warangal West on a TRS ticket, his wealth increased by 1671% – from Rs 31,69,198 to Rs 5,61,23,057.
Raja Singh: Contesting from Goshamahal on a BJP ticket, Raja got 3376% richer during his previous tenure. His wealth went up from Rs 9,52,738 to Rs 3,31,17,897.
Gadari Kishore Kumar: TRS candidate from Thungathurthi (SC) and a prominent leader from Osmania University during the Telangana agitation for separate statehood, Kishore’s income went up by a whopping 5718% in the last four and a half years. His income went from Rs 1,82,328 to Rs 1,06,08,445.
candidates like above are to watch out for,not crorepati candidates who pay taxes & whose wealth increase % is reasonable.
modi ko samaj na chahiye, ye hindu Muslim wala agenda sirf UP me chalega, dusre state me nahi
People have voted for party who has actually worked for them and on core issues like health electricity education and on other hand other party is best in jhumlas and not focusing on real issues.
…Abhi 3 day to Rinkiya ke papa ko soch lene do ki he is still in a fight…
…tadipaar is still crying for 45+….lets see…
tadipar said everyone will be shocked after results. exit polls will fail.
rinkiya ke papa very confidently mentioned a very specific number of 48 seats. and said exit polls will fail.
all bjp leaders repeating the same thing, exit polls will fail.
choronology bilkul acche sanket nahi de rahi regarding the result.
aap most worst party. Jihadi kejriwal did nothing just wasting tax money on muslim and freebies. Just doing muslim vote bank. No hospital ,school. Kujliwal say he has build worlds class govt school but his own children go to privately school. Did nothing in 4.5 yrs and start giving free electricity in last 6 months to get votes and burns his own delhi for muslim votes…aaaathuuuu
Arvind Kejriwal is the eldest son of Gobind Ram Kejriwal, an electrical engineer, and Geeta Devi. Kejriwal belongs to a Hindu Vaishya (Baniya) family.
Arvind has one younger brother, Manoj who is employed as a Software Engineer in IBM, Pune and a younger sister, Ranjana, working as a doctor in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Haridwar.
He himself is IIT, ab esko yogi, moti, tadipar se compare karoge, acha lagega
AAP is going to win easily. BJP will improve its tally. BJP’s local leadership in delhi is selfish and arrogant. I’ll be glad if AAP wins without any hassle. BJP needs to reflect on transforming its strategy if they want to win/retain state assemblies. Modi, alone, won’t do the magic for them everytime.
As expected clear sweep by AAP. Congratulations.
Now where are EVM cry babies.
दिल्ली वालों को बहुत-बहुत मुबारक हो मिठाईयां खाओ खुशियां मनाओ

I don’t fully agree with people terming this result as a defeat of BJP’s nature of campaign. Although, It’s a reality that voting patterns in state elections majorly revolve around local issues, but, BJP’s local leadership in Delhi was simply not capable enough to compete with kejriwal brand of politics and thus the central leadership tried their very best to change campaign mode to national issues. Modi has comfortably won (more seats than before) the general elections with almost the very same (nationalism/cultural) appeal. Kejriwal, too, tried his very best to avoid getting dirty when it came to CAA, JNU, Jamia or the Saheen Bag incidents. He changed his campaign just after the crushing defeat of AAP in general elections. He changed himself for the sake of his party’s survival and thus, paved way for AAP to fight BJP ONLY on the local issues. BJP was simply not prepared to fight AAP on issues pertaining to Delhi alone. They relied heavily upon Modi’s charisma and failed to recreate cadre-based local support that they are famous for in other states.
Kejriwal is a shrewd politician and could even give BJP a good setback in the 2024 general elections if he carries on with the same approach. The centre-right politics that kejriwal demonstrated in his campaign is probably the best way to defeat BJP’s pro-right politics in every election to come. I sincerely hope many other political parties too, will adopt the same strategy if they want to win against BJP.
Even delhi people won’t vote for him for central govt and No one will vote for paap outside delhi. Currently no one is there who can give a tough fight to modi for central government election. Abki baar 400 paar
//Parvesh Verma’s hate speeches bite BJP back, party lost all 10 seats in his constituency//
//10 seats in West Delhi – Madipur, Rajouri Garden, Hari Nagar, Tilak Nagar, Janakpuri, Vikaspuri, Uttam Nagar, Dwarka, Matiala and Najafgarh//
//In 2019 General elections Pravesh Verma got 8,65,648 of the total 14,41,601 votes polled in the seat. This is the highest recorded margin in the history of Delhi that any Lok Sabha candidate has ever won by.//
All this in just 10 months lol, good going
