Winter

I guess that's the only option [ In India, most states]

In Summers, you get Fried. Chappal Sticks to Tarmac. From Skin Tone Level 4 to Level 10, heat stroke, UV radiation side effects etc.

In Rainy season, water log, Floods, Vehicle breakdown etc.

Any season except monsoons. Only other thing that matters most is who I am going with, rather than when.

It also depends on where you live and what kind of Summer, winter or monsoons (Seasons) you get. I live in Kolkata, beaches of Digha are only few hours away, a popular destination for weekend outing. People living in or near hill station might choose summer as Season for outing

Of course winters is best to enjoy an outing... Summers and monsoons get tired/irritated and messy too

None specific, but generally going out during snowfall or rainfall really makes ke jittery. So anything but snow season/ peak rains.
