which season is best for travelling summer or winter?

The best season is when Both Pockets are full.

Bruh, that depends on what you wanna see, you should travel during the rainy season if you wanna see waterfalls and lush green scenery & if you wanna witness snowfall, there is no point in travel during the summer.

Summer is fine i guess.

In Winter, we can't even get out of bed, forget about travelling

If you are travelling towards hills, it should be summers.

If you are travelling towards beaches, it should be winter.

And if you really not bothered about the destination, try monsoon.

Between the two. Don't like either extremes.
