6. Elachi powder.
You can prepare for 1-2 months and take it Honey 🍯

Ofcourse value for money 💰
Indians have lot of traditional options. Follow what grand mother taught you. Our body suits our food. Anything outside is just eye wash
Breakfast mein dalia khao ghee dalkar 🤘
Please do not eat these on a regular basis as they have preservatives and initially u might like it also but long term they will only give u deficiency of nutrients. Instead cook a poha or upma, daliya, boiled eggs, omlette,. If u re a non vegetarian then u can get ready to eat meat packets or get salamis or sausages. U can have vegetable sandwich , mayo sandwich, peanut butter bread, boil soyabean or black chanas, sprouts. The options are endless. Please don’t get all these packaged cereal breakfast they will only make u lethargic and unfit.
My suggession is to buy kellogs fruit and nuts musali and mix with cornflakes.
Don’t eat packed cereal. It’s not good for health.
These have high sugar content. So check sugar level in contents, if they don’t have then try to ask manufacturer thru their given email, phone no, etc.
If everything is in moderation then it’s safe to eat
Question itself is invalid.
NO PACKAGED CEREAL IS GOOD FOR HEALTH.
its all just marketing propaganda.Just to save my typing and explaining efforts, I would advice to watch fit Tuber YouTube channel. Great content. And good fellow
Indian food is best for health. Anything stored and taken is junk which is not healthy. Learn from ancestors and be healthy.
I often prepare Oats & dosa batter upma. Just mix dosa batter and oats with a little water and then prepare like upma in low flame. Takes hardly minutes to make and healthy too. I sometimes add stir fried veggies to it too, particularly is there is some leftover from previous night.
None of them are good. It was introduced and marketed in US saying corn flakes provided all breakfast essentials which is a myth. It was a narrative to support the farmers in US who are lazy and produce corn which does not take much efforts and one of the homegrown produce in US. Now you know why most Hollywood movies and soaps show people having corn flakes and milk everyday in breakfast
Weekly once or twice we can take muesli.. good in fiber.. I tried bagarrys and soulfull is best.. also tried starbazaar brand Fabsta brand it is good after 50% discount as it cost per kg 300rs ..
1: Quaker Oatsplus + Jaggery powder(Patanjali madhuram or any brand) : It requires 13-15 minutes boiling to get the meals ready.
2: Kellogs Cornflakes with Honey & Almonds : I agree – Sugar content is high : But it can be prepared in 1-2 minutes.
3: Bagrrys All in one : Bagrry’s Crunchy Muesli Oat Clusters with Almonds, Raisins & Honey : Bit costly
I use gaia brand it is good , avoid kwality brand
Our homemade poha/upma/daliya/oats is best.
Easy to make zero on sugar.
For sweetness add honey or jaggery powder.
I prefer to use oats along with some nuts, raisins/blueberries, coconut powder soaked overnight in fermented coconut milk. Takes hardly 2 minutes to prepare & kept in the fridge in the evening so that you can have it any time next day
Hey bro, if you are looking for a quick breakfast cereal then you can try monsoon harvest muesli – figs and honey variant. I liked that one very much~
But you can check out their other variants according to your taste
My Oatmeal Recipe -
Total calories 600 kcal , Protein approx 20 gms , carbs 62gms , 28gms Fat

All ingredients are available preservative free and no Sugar or Jaggery or Honey is added. Carbs and fat will keep you full for 4-5 hours and most of the fat is healthy fat coming from seeds, nuts and PB. Not to forget 20gms of protein will also help in keeping hunger away for hours.
All these chemical preservatives laden dead foods are suitable for cold countries and they are reaping the effects

Breakfast in India should be fresh locally available foods.
how about solimo brand? half the price of other well known brands..
Corn flakes (maize), oats are primarily used as livestock feed in Western countries.
Americans are genius salesmen, marketers and scientists so they rebrand/re-process worst things like hotdog (sausage contains all waste meat like eyeballs, testicles, brains, worms and toenails that can’t be sold separately), waste foods , animal feed into most sought after delicacies.
Imitating western food industry is worst thing that can happen to India
Gala Museli ..is also best breakfast option, you can add dry fruits into it
Try yogabar muesli….. They dont have added sugar and have flax seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds etc plus gluten free.
Weetabix and alpen muesli are the best.
But nothing beats traditional Indian breakfast, cheap and fulfilling too.
