Hey dimers, I am searching for a good whey protein brand which would you people refer, thinking about optimum nutrition or myprotein. Give your reviews on other indian brands like muscleblaze, avvatar or nutrabay.
Which protein powder is the best share your views.
One question is myprotein manufactured in India or outside of India if anyone is using please share and also give review on that.

PFC has tested Muscle Nectar and Maxn brands in addition. Trustified on YT seems to do a good job of covering more mainstream ones.
The whole truth is a new player and it is also making decent whey, at least for beginners.
Dont try any new brand, just go with ON , that too from official site if possible.
Label vs actual protein from protein project.
Then there are lead content. 🤮
ON, Apollo pharmacy, Nestle can be trusted. ON protein and Apollo both use Tirumala company.
After a bit of research over last few weeks, I've shortlisted couple of brands
1. Whole Truth
2. Origin
WT-1kg protein with 71% for ₹3k+
is very high
I am surprised no one mentioned Naturaltein. Is there anything wrong with it? I use it cuz all (2-3) Youtubers I trust recommend it. Want to know if there are any negatives.
Amul is best no extra shit pure whey
@WanderingGenerality Should I try the whole truth isolate unflavoured?
getting it for rs 2000
Please use Indian brands like muscleblaze, asitis, myfit fuel.
These whey tests are done to ruin Indian brands image. They are scared of Indian companies doing good.
#India super power 2047 #india 5 ton economy. Sorry 5 trillion
Any plant protein recommendations too?
Depends on your budget. If price is of no concern then go for Optimum. It's a trusted brand and been around for years. Even though the FDA in the US does not get involved in supplements, there are other organizations that ensure quality. Same for other popular US based brands.
For Indian brands FSSAI is supposed to ensue quality but it's a feckless entity. You have to search on youtube where the reviewers talk about tests and certifications of different brands. You need tests to verify if the company is really providing the amount of protein it is supposed to and there have been cases where some have been caught red handed. Often they mix in milk powder/ maltodextrin/ soy protein/sucrose with the whey.
