Secured credit cards against FD. Currently there are Onecard, Paisa bazaar StepUp, BoB Easy/Select, SBI Simply click Advantage/Simplysave Advantage, Axis Myzone, Instant Platinum which is issued against FD. Take the card, use it regularly and pay back on time. You will get your FD lien removed in future otherwise close it and apply for other cards with good CIBIL.

Only secured cards shall do at this time, and use that to rebuild score slowly... then apply for unsecured ones when above 760...
Adding to the list, idfc wow is also an option...
