just checked he does not have, only ICICI, AMEX, IDFC, HSBC, HDFC.
I suggested to use IDFC which has 1.5% markup. He has to pay $135 so would pay ~$138. Is it that or anything else apart from markup, exchange rate i assumed is 85,
