Mecofol is what we use for B-12 (avoid cyanocobalmin!). I pay around 40 for 10 pills at my local Generico store although the MRP is 75 or something.
Trustified reviewed Muscleblaze's fish oil capsules as good, so we use those.

For fish oil you can try muscle nectar ,I am using them for months and they are Trustified also
