Where to use jio balance available on a prepaid sim

I am using a jio prepaid sim, i made a port request yesterday and got msg from jio that inhave 260₹ balance on it. How can i check and use the same!!!

only option is to cancel the port reqst and use it. Otherwise no option

Check in myjio app under plan details section.
You can use to recharge only. Recharge any plan lower than 260 and use that balance .
You can't use anywhere else.
