Where to track HDFC debit card points for cc payment

I have paid cc bill payment from HDFC platinum debit card last month using Payzapp app. But I could not see any reward points credited. Shall I expect 1% cashback for cc bill payment? Where can I track this?

if you pay in payzapp, I am doubtful of those points. You can login to hdfc netbanking, cards section, enquiry section, then cashback redemption section.
Does mobiqwik provides full 1% cb, as I paid Hdfc cc bill last month but I received somewhat less points?

In internet banking, go to Cards -> Debit Cards -> Enquire -> Cash Back Enquiry and Redemption -> Select Account -> Continue
But in your case, rewards may not have been credited as you used Payzapp. For guaranteed cashback, use HDFC Bill Pay from internet banking or MobiKwik along with your HDFC Platinum DC to get desired cashback.
Do we get 1% cb on paying non hdfc cc bill on mobiqwik using plat dc?
If yes, won't that get us double benefit with mobiqwik cb and plat dc cb?
