Ways to enable "UPI Circle" option in Google pay (GPay)?

Hello Dimers,
I can't find UPI circle option under account section, so how to get it enabled anyone know?
1) It should be like this following screenshot
2) But my account has like below (screenshot) without UPI Circle
So there is no UPI Circle yet showing up in my account, so how to get it shown and enabled?
anyone know ? please comment your suggestions

ya i am also thinking about User specific
ah grr for me BHIM UPI circle is enabled but some apps are not detecting BHIM app, but GPay is detected so wanted to test Gpay UPI circle sadly i can't without this
so for non user specific like our case how to get it enabled , trying to figure that out
As of now UPI circle has been rolled out only in BHIM app. But presently it is completely useless trash.
There are two modes, per tn approval mode and delegation mode. For per txn approval, the primary user needs to approve from his mobile using his PIN within 10 mins. In reality, either the primary user may be busy or the merchant will not wait. The delegation mode is supposed to work like UPI lite, PIN less, but it does not work. Txn fails after few minutes.
So as of now its just political jumla.
