where to file a complaint for services not received

Recently I booked a turf from Khelomore app. But due to rain the khelomore told me that they will reschedule my booking but I have been trying to call the turf owner and the intermediary app Khelomore through which I have done my booking. But both of them are denying that we can't do anything in this 

Please suggest where I can complain about this to receive a solution
