Where To Complain Against SWIGGY??

I can't login to both the Swiggy App & on the desktop version...I am getting an error message "mobile already used in last 6 months"...
Complained to Swiggy & only got fake generic replies as they have no idea what this error is all about...
After multiple fights with them on twitter & tagging Zomato in the tweets, one lady called me & asked me to send the error screenshot to their escalation department email id : ccescalation @ swiggy.in
I did that but got this reply from their escalation team :

" As per the update we would request you to wait for 6 months to use your mobile number as we see that the last time you have tried attempting to use this number on swiggy on September 16, 2022 .
Alternatively you can either use your registered number / email address to login to your existing account or we would request you to use a fresh credentials to create a new account."

is this a joke?? Why the hell I will have to wait 6 months to login to my account?? They did not even bother to clarify what the issue is & why I can't login to Swiggy NOW??
And I also replied to him back saying, "You are working in Swiggy's Escalation Department yourself & you don't even know that your company doesn't allow login using email??"
Then he sent the same previous email by copy-pasting it...

They are not able to update my name in the app from last 2 years (Some random name showing from starting SDVVV). This is the condition of the Swiggy.
Every time delivery person asking me Sir kya name h, I was like F##k kya hi bolu SD... abe yaar jo h dekh lo na he used to say SDV............ hein
Cheerup man, you'll bring lots of smiles to your chiggy delivery persons, you're helping them to decrease their stress levels a little! 😜

I have only one account & on my own name...Don't write BS (just because you had a problem with me in another thread) without knowing...Unlike YOU, I don't keep random fake usernames & ask all the unknown people ON DD to help me in purchases...
And if you always take SARCASM as a serious matter, it's YOUR OWN problem, NOT mine...Go figure out what Sarcasm is...
Lemme also help you with that...
Open Google Search...Type "What is Sarcasm" and enlighten yourself...Alternatively if you have Google Assistant installed in your phone, Say "Ok Google Please let me know what Sarcasm means"...
For your kind info, I stopped recharging additional phone numbers after the pricing got hiked by TRAI...
To tempt them so that they reply...
It works many times...When a company is not listening to you on twitter or giving you fake replies, try tagging their top rival company in the same tweet...
After doing that only, I got a callback from Swiggy...Before that, they were sending me fake copy-pasted replies...
Example, suppose you have a problem with AirTel, reply to AirTel & try tagging Vi & Jio in the same tweets saying you get better services from them than AirTel or you want to port to Jio or Vi, You will see that AirTel will now reply to you...

Again had worst experience with Swiggy, on the very first day of the New Year... Ordered 450/- worth of Tandoori Chicken full...The restaurant sent stale & cold food which we had to throw away.
Tried talking to Swiggy chat support...No real person was there to talk to. After sending the complaint & the photo to their bot chat support, they closed the conversation without allowing to talk to a human support...
Called the customer care number...They then asked to send email to foodissues @ swiggy.in...Did that & got this below reply...

FUKCING SCAMMERS...Now I am abusing them on Twitter tagging Zomato...This is not a small amount for an evening Nasta but we ordered because it was First Jan & they again managed to ruin the experience...
Now-a-days Swiggy's delivery people also started asking for money specifically 2-30 rupees lol even though they earn anywhere from 15-30k per month..This restaurant was also in Zomato but there the price for the same thing was 100 more without any coupon offers...I ordered from Swiggy because I could redeem the Axis40 MyZone coupon there...
India mein sidhi tarike se kuch bhi nhi hota...Full county is Corrupted as hell & we blame other countries for everything.
I dont know you well but you have complaints with almost everyone. Pardon me but your threads and tone of representation share that vibes

Again faced another issue with Swiggy...If the MyZone Card's huge discount wouldn't have been there, I would not even consider buying anything from them.
They are still using crappy GPS which is never accurate & they are appointing unprofessional, rude people who have zero manners on how to talk to a customer.
Today ordered some food & the delivery person was new like he said to me & since the Swiggy's BS GPS didn't show him the exact location, he came home late & even though I have guided him totally on the phone, he shouted on me saying I gave fake address in Swiggy & he will complain about me to Swiggy & he will cancel the order...
And I am using Swiggy since it's inception with the exact same home address...When he came home, I had to show him from my laptop that I gave the correct address but the GPS doesn't always show the exact address & that's why I always put all the nearby landmarks in my address...
So, he was new...He did not deliver in my locality before & he told me that I gave my own address wrong & shouted on me...He came home drunk also...
I immediately called Swiggy support & all they had to say is the same BS, that we have noted down your concern & will see that it will never happen again...
I tried chatting with them & both the support people sent me the exact same copy-pasted replies...
^^ Are these really human support or bots??
Order from magicpin there is always a offer like 70 percent this and free dilievery for a month in 70 rs try it much better than swiggy
