Where to buy genuine Microsoft Office 2021 at cheapest price ? Googling brought few websites (like digiworld4u @ ~500i nr), not sure about their authenticity.

Not willing to trade or join some group subscriptions.

genuine will be available only at the Microsoft site or you can try Amazon Pay - Subscription but all will be at the original price plus Amazon rewards, sites like CDKeys/GoDeal24 etc all have licensed keys that are bought from Microsoft only but for different purposes like you can't use OEM windows key for personal or in another device, MS can make the license void anytime but don't think they will do as somehow or the other they are getting money plus spreading their software to make people accustomed to it so that they can become more monopoly as this has been the case for the last 20+yrs with these keys

don't think its a legit site as office for 145Rs is way way too much disrespect for MS 😃😃

Also 2021 costs 145 but 2016 version costs 265 😋

also do note that MS might be stopping Office and moving ahead with 365 platform which they are using currently as last year they announced 2024 might come or not in second half of 2024

Until Office 2016, every edition had 10 years of official support where first 5 yrs were mainstream and next 5yrs as extended, from 2019 they made it as 5+2 and Office 2021 has only mainstream support and no extended support, so if you are buying Office 2019 then official support ends on 2025 (1yr from today), Office 2021 on 2026 (2yrs from today) where you can still use the software but there won't be any support from MS for any bugs or new feature addition

Thanks a lot for the detailed reply. Due to my usage I need 2021 and If its ~500, I would not mind even if it stops in a year or 2. I will think about office 365 later.

as I mentioned earlier, 10yrs (5yrs mainstream + 5 years extended was there from Office 2000 till Office 2016 and in 2019 they made it 2yrs of extended and totally removed it in 2021 version, same applies to 2024 if going via 2021 route so should have support till 2029 only, again not much info as it has been released last month only and since most of the corporates (at least big companies) have moved to 365 subscriptions few years back, MS are least bothered about Office standlone and guess it will have only 5yrs support, same is what I see in Wiki but again can't trust Wiki until we see in MS site, might get confirmed soon I guess..
