Visit Hosur for 80% discount + extra 20% if giving cash

Those prices will be highly inflated.. more than what is put on items sold elsewhere because there is no control on MRP.. from what I have heard.

Some ten-twelve minutes from the second gate of the railway station too, there is a temporary market of crackers.. in the by-lane.

It's 5km from my place.
Look for bangalore border and you get 80 percent discount on standard fireworks and 90 percent discount on other brands. Be aware of the traffic.

There are a few shops in sultanpete area where they sell at discounts. I haven't bought crackers in recent years, hence don't know about the pricing / discounts. But, people buy in bulk from these shops for events / festivals etc.
You go there and you should be able to find them. Take the metro to chikpete stop. Walk out, turn right, next, turn left at the junction. You should find these shops on this stretch.
