I too like amazing broccoli, it can be used more ways than cauliflower . - in salad - mixing in soup - with oats - sauted veggies - kababs - pulao - exotic veggies with baby corn , red capsicum etc. - Frankie - pizzas - pasta/ noodles 2, all depends on taste ! i am not recco'ing anyone but if you can once have a look at www.trunksandroots.com it might give you some idea of how an individual or small group start-up too can be serious about what they mean to do. and do it with dedication. if purchasing on-line; rather than just taking something at face value or 'brand' name of the site/ label on the produce.. go for some people who are actually having their 'heart' in it.
