I'd like to express my frustration regarding the service provided by Firstcry. My experience with them has left me deeply disappointed. I placed an order for a product meant for my baby girl on July 14, 2023. The cost of the item was ₹1186.03. To my dismay, the product was inexplicably cancelled by the delivery team when it was just 3 km away from my home. The most baffling aspect was that I received no communication or notification about this cancellation.

After this ordeal, I received a partial refund of ₹1119.55 on July 28. However, it wasn't until I reached out to their customer care that the remaining amount of ₹66.47 was refunded, and this was done only by August 13.

In an attempt to give them another chance, I placed the same order again on July 28 (Now, I realized that was my mistake). Initially, the delivery date was set for August 7. However, this date was then changed to August 12 on August 7 itself. Subsequently, the delivery date was rescheduled multiple times: first to August 17, and now it stands at August 22. I made two calls to customer care seeking clarity on this matter. On both occasions, I was met with apologies and reassurances that my concern would be treated with urgency. They assured me that my order would be prioritized and delivered promptly. However, the constantly shifting delivery dates have left me sceptical about whether I will receive my product on the next promised date.

As the delivery dates continue to change, I find myself wondering if anyone else has encountered a similar situation with Firstcry. When I initially placed the order, my baby had just started lying down. Now, after a month and a half, she has progressed to sitting up on her own. The delay has not only tested my patience but also impacted my baby's growth milestones.

I sincerely hope that my ordered product arrives as promised, but if this situation persists, I'm left with no choice but to consider taking legal action. The lack of transparency and reliability in their service has severely eroded my trust in Firstcry.
