What will you do .. if u become a India's PM for a Day ?

1) No candidate can run for PM twice. In fact no candidate can run for any political post twice. Tenure will be reduced to 4 years.
2) All traffic offenders have to pay 500/lt and 400/lt for petrol and diesel respectively. I will withdraw jail and fine. I will hit there, where it hurts the most. (Jaga dekhi maribi, solid maribi. @Topsey @LIMBO @Simbha3 ) Aadhaar will help us to implement it.
3) Driving license has to be updated every 4 years. And mandatory driving tests have to be taken. If one fails three times, one will be barred from having a driving license for life. People over 70 years old will not be allowed to drive any geared motorcycle or 3-4 wheeled vehicles.
4) Everyone in country above 40 year old will be asked to undergo medical tests. (diabetes, retinopathy, vascular disease, colonoscopy etc) People from lower income group, whose annual income is below 5 lakhs/anum will be given special subsidies.
5) High speed internet 2GB/day (min) will be allowed to children from 12 year old to 18 year old. Special subsidies will be given on highspeed fiber connection.
6) I saw drugs of lifestyle diseases like diabetes cost a lot. A pen of Mixtard 30 comes with a price tag of 512. Same case is with Acrapid and Lantus. All three are insulin used to regulate diabetes. I will make sure that half of its expenses (and similar drugs. Ask a doctor for names of expensive yet important drugs.) will be born by govt and public companies.
7) Spitting, urinating, defecating, putting trash on roads, vandalizing properties will attract 200 rupees extra while filling the fuel tank/ gas cylinder booking. If repeat offender is caught, a psychological evaluation will be done. If necessary, free medical support will be given. Otherwise disciplinary action will be taken against the perpetrator.
8) I see a lot of geriatric people complaining of advancement of technology, such as online bill payment, ATM card usage at ATMs, making a call using smartphone, using whatsapp, using a laptop to skype etc. A lot of people are out of job. So, I will ask people above 60 year old to make a donation of 30 rupees per month to a new fund. This fund will make small scale organizations across cities and villages. Their sole purpose will be to give technical assistance to elderly people. If they want a personal executive, they can hire one personnel. And camps will be arranged every weekend to educate people regarding smart device operation, online payments etc.
9) I see a lot of hatred towards people’s own mother tongue, especially in places like Odisha. So, I will make sure every school going student, from primary grade to matriculation grade, has to communicate at least half of school hour using mother tongue. Already a lot of books have been written in local languages. They will be promoted. For every book purchase, people will be given a special discount in bill payments.
