i see that even a simple 'FAQ' or a 'new here' guide is not there in the quick links in the tap-up on the top left 
Layout too is proprietary.
Usually forums take the off-the-shelf type bulletin board code and sections can easily be found.
Here things are a bit confusing, scattered (almost disorganised) with too much of a learning curve.
Hope to learn though.
