Wow! With such returns is it even worth staying a dimer! joy Am way less agrressive on the market. With balance between debt and equities, I Hve had a XIRR of 18% only from 2020. I was celebrating that till I saw the figures of others! Hehe

My journey is very similar.

Started in Jan 2020 with a SIP of 15k, now 18k.

Mix of equity(large cap) 70% and debt 30%, XIRR is touching 18%.

Total corpus as on date is 15L.

Low or high doesnt matter guys ... its the risk taking capacity . I can take risk for another 10 - 13 years ... so i have only 10% in debt .... But others condition varies. So comparison would be wrong in a way

My entire mutual fund investment is in equity only. Only debt portions (if I can consider as that) are my PPF + EPF + VPF that I do every month / year.

I started last month by picking stocks and my portfolio is in the negative. I think I will shift to MFs instead.

You can move, but my advice would be to keep a small amount in stocks also. It will give you experience. Negative retuurn in one month is not a big deal in long term investing...

Only Mutual Funds. Invested from late 2016 onwards.
24.2% XIRR till date. 1.06CR corpus.  Disciplined SIP investor. Increasing SIP amount with each appraisal/increment. Biggest regret- didnt do any extra lumpsum during COVID crash (was busy with life/office)..

An investor should be very agile in cutting losses & should be very lazy in booking profits.
